Exchange, Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges & returns.

Every order goes through checks with attention to details and packed to ensure quality and satisfaction when delivered to you.

However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty/damaged, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement provided:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.

  • The item (clothing) is not washed in anyway.

  • Notify us within 48 hours upon receiving the item via our support email at support@territory9.com including the order number, a brief description of the fault in your item(s) as well as pictures that show the item fault to be assessed by our customer service team before we process a replacement for you.

All replacement are on a case by case basis

Refund

Should a refund be requested instead of a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of package arrival. No refunds will be processed after that.

All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5 to 14 days upon request.

Any refunds requested will be on case by case basis.
